Total amount due in € / Euro only. Cheque and money order are acceptable forms of payment. Credit card payment is not possible. Receipt of conference fee will be emailed to you.
Registration fees are refundable (minus €10 processing fee) if notice of cancellation is received by 12 May, 2006. Cancellations made by phone must be confirmed in writing or by email. No refunds will be made after the conference has begun.
